Order
Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order
confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order
or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Upon immediately
placing an initial order, you will receive a confirmation
e-mail. This confirmation e-mail serves as a verification
of information submitted, and is required prior to the acceptance
of any order, but does not express or imply your credit has
been approved and/or order accepted. GreenlandEmbroidery.com
reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the
order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
Typographical
Errors
In the event a product is listed at
an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in
pricing information received from our suppliers, GreenlandEmbroidery.com
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed
for products listed at the incorrect price. GreenlandEmbroidery.com
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether
or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and the order is cancelled, GreenlandEmbroidery.com shall
immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or
reimburse you for the amount of the incorrect price.
If both the customer and GreenlandEmbroidery.com agree to
continue processing the order after an error has been realized,
the customer will be either credited or reimbursed for the
difference if the correction results in a lower purchase price.

Policies
No Returns on Custom Orders unless defective.
Call or write for authorization within 10 days of receipt
of merchandise. Any items returned without authorization will
not be credited or returned. Return the carton by UPS or Insured
Parcel Post. Mark the authorization number on the outside
of the carton returned. NO COD RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All
returns subject to inspection before credit is given. Non-embroidered
items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping
GreenlandEmbroidery.com ships US Postal
Service, Priority Mail as well as UPS for domestic shipping
and Priority Mail Global Guaranteed Service for international
shipping. Shipping service may vary without notice and is
the sole decision of GreenlandEmbroidery.com . Shipping charges
for International orders will made after the order is generated,
customer will be notified and order held until approval is
received.
Customs
and Import Duties Information
You may be subject to import duties
and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your
country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be
borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you should contact your local customs
office for further information. Additionally, when ordering
from GreenlandEmbroidery.com, you are considered the importer
of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of
the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Washing
/ Care Instructions
Each item will be labeled with the
proper washing / care instructions. Failure to follow these
instructions may result in damage to the garment or item.
GreenlandEmbroidery.com is not liable for any damages due
to improper laundering or care of items.
Returned
Checks
In the event a check is returned due
to insufficient funds, GreenlandEmbroidery.com employs a returned
check collection service and your check writing privileges
with GreenlandEmbroidery.com will be revoked. In the
event your check is identified as having insufficient funds,
the amount of the check will no longer be due GreenlandEmbroidery.com,
payment will be due to the check collection service as well
as a service charge designated by the check collection service.
All future collection efforts, from that point, will be made
by this service as well. The efforts of this collection
service, in certain circumstances, may adversely affect your
credit rating.
